The Ventura College Foundation is subject to California public disclosure and ethics laws, including the Brown Act and the California Education Code’s Richard McKee Transparency Act. As such, meetings of the VC Foundation's Board of Directors are open to the public, and meeting agendas are posted no less than 72 hours before regular meetings and 24 hours before special meetings.

Per the California Governor’s announcement that the COVID-19 State of Emergency ended on February 28, 2023, all Ventura College Foundation Full Board and Executive Committee Meetings will be in person.

The VC Foundation's regular quarterly Board meetings typically occur on the Ventura College campus at 4646 Telegraph Rd, Ventura, CA 93003.  The exact meeting location, date, and time are posted on meeting agendas for public view and can also be found below.

Zoom meeting links will be provided in advance of the next scheduled meeting: Friday September 27th, 2024, from 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM in-person at MCW 312, Ventura, 93003 CA.  Members of the public who wish to make public comments may do so in person or via Zoom.
