The Ventura College Foundation’s Giving Every Month Society (GEMS) easily facilitates ongoing monthly gifts — empowering current Ventura College students and future community leaders to take flight and set sail for bold, brilliant new horizons.
By Giving Every Month, you’ll also provide a steady, surefire, cost-effective source of income to the Ventura College Foundation (VCF). Since your monthly donation is processed automatically, you’ll help VCF reduce overall operating costs — and enable additional funding of other programs that serve Ventura College students.

As an online GEMS donor, you’ll be automatically registered to make a credit card donation on a monthly basis. Following your initial donation, your card will be charged on the monthly date of your choosing (or the next business day), and the amount and date of your monthly gift will appear on your credit card statement. You’ll receive a detailed annual statement from the VCF before Jan. 31 of the following year. You’ll also have the opportunity to easily renew your annual membership — without needing to fill out a new pledge card.
All that we ask in return is that you maintain a sufficient credit limit on your credit card on each payment date — and that you notify Development Manager Julie Harvey of any credit card updates or address changes by phone (805.289.6502) or email (email@example.com).

GEMS membership truly offers an array of benefits for you, too. By spreading your donation amount out over many months, you can make a deeper, ongoing impact with a larger gift. You’ll receive special recognition in the Ventura College Foundation’s online Honor Roll, along with a detailed Impact Report that demonstrates all the ways your giving is making an impact. You’ll also be notified of additional opportunities to become more involved with the VCF moving forward.
